Well today my physio Florence, added several new exercises.. she too recognising the milestone.
Standing and swinging , gently, my leg to the side,
Standing on tip toes, and then on heels,
while walking, instead of just walking lifting each knee like a horse trotting..

then while sitting, pulling my op knee as close to my chest as possible and then letting the leg slowly return to the flat.. make sure there is no obstruction to the heel sliding down the bed
lifting my leg vertical against her shoulder, then bracing my leg to absolute vertical.. holding.. showed C how to do this.
finally. while sitting on a chair having leg lifted to about 18 inches above the floor then removing the support and holding for count of 6
C was instructed as to how to do this.. at least 3 times a day.
Meanwhile this tuesay one of Cs busiest days.. but at least knowing her she will fit in.. you know th adage,… want something done Ask a busy person.
