Mince meat and foie gras
The ingredients for mine are being amassed....what is missing?
Currants,,,called raisins de Corinth,,although there is an English supply store that will carry them
C is making a terrine of fresh whole foie gras and now sheis caramalizing figs to put into the brandy soaked foie
