Escalade results

Technology ..a wonderful thing.  Today on line we got the placement results of the children with a video which captured hen crossing  the finish line.

the physio came today and we had a heavy duty workout with some increase in type of exercise

She comes one more time before going away for two weeks.  Lunges on the operated leg feel tricky and make one insecure.
