life without staples/library without walls

well so far this new knee is quite happy not to be full of steel staples.  I slept somewhat better and the nightly throbbing discomfort has pretty well gone.

Shortly before I left our two wonderful librarians came over to make sure that I properly installed the Library without Walls.

I would like to say that this AP  has given me much pleasure.  I usually read them on line, which makes it easy, as I can access it with my iPad and my computer.. and they keep track of where I am.

I have just finished The HAREM MIDWIFE..  a fast moving fascinating story seemingly accurately documented from the 1500 in Istanbul…and the powerful sultan and the entourage.   Since signing in for this service I must have read at 4 other books.

Before that I read Tigers Wife, Winer Palace.. and have several on hold.  One gets a note telling you when one of the books you have on hold is ready to borrow.. and that you have 3 days to activate.

I think this is a great addition to our lives.. and thank you to all involved who have facilitated this serviced.
