Exercise bike arrived

We suddenly had two bikes to borrow and as it was pouring rain this morning c went to the one the shortest distance away
The physio is Leary of me straining the joint and the surrounding soft tissue so she say slowly slowly
To begin with but. The rehab book I have says work up to over a 100 revolutions per minutes and to increase the time to 40 minutes twice a day
