More steam ovens

I wrote a little bit about the new steam ovens, but another wonderful feature is something I would call rehabilitation .  In other words, it reheats food, making it almost taste better than freshly cooked.  I would not have believed this but often my daughter cooks a roast for the children which they eat at 6 but when Dad comes home and after the children are in bed, the roast etc is reheated, but it does not taste reheated.. hard to explain but it is a wonderful feature.  They do not have a microwave and certainly do not need it.
