I left you with a cliff hanger.. I took off my clothes and then>>>wow. What I was trying to say was that there was no room for false modesty, just get on with it, or in the old fashioned way, lie down and think of england.
I had an ecg and echo gram meanwhile he chatted to my daughter, then declared my ecg perfect and the echo fine.
He cleaned me up said, get dressed etc. The he dictated into a microphone which translated into a word document a voice activated system a report to the anaesthetists, gave me a report and then billed us for 100 euros, we paid by credit card right there and he processed all that. No assistants, no clerks.. just him . All the time seemingly very charming and efficient. My daughter pointed out that in Switzerland when she takes her litre heart stressed daughter to the clinic the cost for what I had done is 500 euros. She knows this because she has to pay this and then apply to her insurance for reimbursement. In my case France Surgery will reimburse.
